Maxwell Home Services was started by two Columbus locals who believed busy families deserve a clean home they can actually count on. Too many households around here had been burned by cleaners who did not show, a different stranger every visit, and a quote that grew by the hour once the work started.
So the company was built around three things: reliability, consistency, and genuine care for every home we walk into. Today we clean homes across the Columbus area to the same standard we would want in our own.
The mission
Give Columbus homeowners their weekends back. That means a cleaner you recognize, a price you agreed to, and a house that looks the same excellent way every single visit. We handle the scheduling, the payments and the quality control so you do not have to think about any of it.
If something gets missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and make it right at no charge. That is the guarantee, and it is the whole guarantee.
What we will not do
We will not send someone into your home who has not cleared a background check. We will not quote by the hour and let the number drift. We will not swap your regular cleaner for a stranger without telling you first. And we will not argue about a re-clean.
